Indoor vinyl banner printing is superb for announcements, grand openings, exhibits, and expos. Using sophisticated wide-format production machines, banners are printed full bleed on premium vinyl with radiant colors and can include nickel grommets. The banner vinyl material and aqueous ink will last months outdoors and many years indoors. They are quite resistant when utilized for temporary events such as family reunions, festivals, cookouts and more.

Indoor banners are printed on vinyl and look incredible with any graphic. Photo papers are also available for banner-sized prints on our panoramic print page.

Turnaround (Business Days)

There are two turnaround options for banner printing. Please do not select 1 business day for orders 10 and over.

For same-day shipping, select 1 business day for turnaround and add rush turnaround in the design/rush options.

Sending Art

Artwork can be uploaded to us through the above form. However, if your file is huge, you may need to send it via email to art@printkeg.com or via file-sharing apps such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or another service of your choice. Please add the order number in the email subject.

Digital Proofs

If a digital proof is vital, please let us know in the "Messages / Deadlines" area, and we will send one within 4 to 6 business hours. Digital proofs will alter turnaround by adding 1 extra day. Turnaround begins once the art is approved for printing.

By default, we review bleed, resolution, and size for all artwork before printing. If problems arise that we cannot quickly fix ourselves, a staff artist will contact you or email a PDF proof demonstrating related concerns. Our main goal is to ensure you are pleased with the final prints. 

Many Indoor Banner Sizes

Printkeg offers bunches of different banner sizes, including custom sizes. Please contact us for situations requiring size options not available on this page.

Add Grommets

Grommets are typically placed 2 to 4 feet apart, depending on the banner size. If you desire specific placement of grommets, please let us know in the "messages" field.

Quality Vinyl

Our high-quality scrim vinyl banner material is ultra thick and tailored for outdoor and indoor use. The heavyweight of 480gsm makes it an ideal material for banner or signage printing for placement requiring greater durability.

Don't Worry About Templates

For banners and large posters, most customers send us art sized as the desired print dimensions since 1/8" is such a small trim area. If we run into problems during production, we will contact you immediately. Designers who prefer to be extra cautious, please feel free to send art files providing bleed.

How We Ship Banners

All banners are wrapped in Kraft paper and shipped in extra-wide tubes. Bubble wrap and/or extra paper are added inside the tube to prevent banner(s) from moving. Somehow, UPS still manages to sometimes damage these heavyweight tubes, which is quite an accomplishment on their part, but if damage occurs, we will reprint and ship immediately at no extra cost. Invoices are not added inside packages but can be printed from the PrintKEG control panel.

Finishing Options For Banners

  • Grommets

    Nickel grommets, or eyelets, are secured around the edges or the corners of your banner. Grommets are popular and convenient for hanging vinyl banners.

  • Grommets and Hems

    The edges are folded over and heat welded to strengthen the sides and support your banner to maintain its shape. Hemming also prevents your vinyl poster material from fraying.

  • Pole Pockets

    Like hems, we fold the edges to form a larger pocket to place poles for standing purposes. Pole pockets can reduce creases and give a solid tensioned appearance.

  • Digital Proof

    A Printkeg artist will prepare your artwork for printing and send you a visual in PDF format via email. This usually takes place within a few business hours. The image we will email you showcases trim location and CMYK colors in a limited fashion.

  • Make Graphic Work

    This $9 option informs our staff to move forward with quick fixes and tackle any possible obstacles. Benefits may include reviewing file dimensions, tackling border issues, and reworking challenging "bleed" areas. There is one goal in mind: to ensure perfect Art Prints.

  • Edit My Design

    This option is inexpensive for hiring us to modify your image file. Our designers edit or place elements into your file, like text, images, etc. The most common use of this service is changing event dates, removing signatures, and swapping photos.

  • Create My Art

    We hire a trusted graphic designer with whom we've worked closely to help you create a new design from scratch. Most communication is via email. Most designs are finished in only a few business days.

  • Rush Turnaround

    Rush Turnaround speeds up your order time by one day. That could mean same-day printing. You need your prints urgently, so we will try to make it happen. We sometimes expedite the shipping if we cannot honor same-day printing.

  • Free Art Inspections

    A human artist reviews every single file before printing starts. If we notice any problems, a Printkeg representative will contact you via email with options how to move forward.
